Accessibility statement
Last updated: August 10, 2026
StoreCare Management LP is committed to making storecare.com usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification or voice control.
1. Standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and we take the Americans with Disabilities Act and California's Unruh Civil Rights Act seriously as part of that commitment. We consider this site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and some areas are still being improved.
2. What we do
- Semantic headings, landmarks and descriptive link text.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Keyboard access with visible focus indicators for every interactive control, including the cookie banner.
- Color contrast targets of at least 4.5:1 for body text.
- Labeled form fields with clear, text-based error messages.
- Layouts that reflow at 400% zoom and on small screens.
3. Known limitations
- Some older property photography may have brief or generic alternative text while we rewrite it.
- Third-party content we do not control — including Meta advertising tools and WhatsApp — may not fully conform.
4. Assessment and alternatives
We evaluate the site with automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing when we make significant changes. If any part of the site is not accessible to you, we will provide the same information and complete a proposal with you by email, phone or WhatsApp instead.
5. Feedback
Tell us about a barrier and we will respond within five business days. Write to StoreCare Management LP, 4629 Cass St #321, San Diego, CA 92109, or use our contact form. Please include the page address and the assistive technology you were using.
