StoreCare Management LP ("Storecare," "we," "us") provides funding, furnishing, marketing and operational support for short-term rental properties. This policy explains what personal information we collect through storecare.com, our advertising, and our messaging channels (including WhatsApp), how we use and share it, and the choices you have — including the rights of California residents.
Business contact: StoreCare Management LP, 4629 Cass St #321, San Diego, CA 92109, United States. StoreCare Management LP is the business responsible for the personal information described here. We do not publish an email address on this site to reduce spam; see the contact options below.
1. Information we collect
- Identifiers and contact data — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, mailing address.
- Property and commercial information — property address, ownership or lease status, floor plans, agreements, financial assumptions you submit with a proposal.
- Communications — messages you send us by form, email, SMS or WhatsApp, and our replies.
- Internet and device activity — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, ad interactions, and cookie/pixel identifiers.
- Inferences — audience and interest signals used to measure and target advertising.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, or financial account credentials) through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
2. How we use information
- Review, underwrite and respond to property proposals.
- Communicate with you about your submission and our services.
- Operate, secure and improve the website.
- Measure, target and optimize advertising, including campaigns run on Meta platforms.
- Comply with legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
3. Meta advertising tools (Facebook and Instagram)
We use Meta Business Tools, which may include the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, and Custom Audiences. These tools may collect or receive information about your interactions with our site and ads — such as page views, form submissions, IP address, browser information, and cookie identifiers — and may match a hashed identifier (for example, a hashed email address or phone number) with a Meta account for measurement and audience targeting.
- We share this data with Meta Platforms, Inc. as an independent controller / third party for advertising purposes, and we comply with Meta's Business Tools Terms and Custom Audiences Terms.
- Where required, we obtain consent before loading advertising cookies or pixels, and we honor withdrawal of that consent.
- We do not upload or use special-category, sensitive, or otherwise prohibited data to build Custom Audiences, and any customer list we use is data we collected lawfully with the right to share it.
- Under California law this sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. See section 8.
You can control Meta ad personalization in your Meta Ad Preferences and Off-Facebook Activity settings, and manage cookies via the banner on this site. Learn more in Meta's Privacy Policy.
4. WhatsApp Business messaging
If you provide a phone number and opt in, we may contact you through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Opt-in: we only message you on WhatsApp after you give affirmative consent, and we tell you at that time what kind of messages you'll receive.
- Opt-out: reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat at any time to stop receiving messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- Processing: WhatsApp/Meta processes message metadata and delivery information to provide the service. Message content is end-to-end encrypted in transit; we retain a copy of conversations in our business inbox and CRM.
- We do not use WhatsApp conversation content to build advertising audiences, and we do not send WhatsApp marketing to numbers that have not opted in.
See the WhatsApp Privacy Policy for how WhatsApp handles your data.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
| Category | Purpose | Consent required |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, load balancing, form submission, remembering your cookie choice. | No |
| Analytics | Aggregate traffic and page performance measurement. | Yes |
| Advertising / targeting | Meta Pixel and similar tags for ad measurement, retargeting and audience building. | Yes |
You can change your choice at any time using the cookie banner, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing for the browser that sends it.
6. How we share information
- Service providers — hosting, email, CRM, form and analytics vendors acting on our instructions.
- Advertising partners — Meta Platforms, Inc. as described above.
- Professional advisors — counsel, accountants and underwriters reviewing a proposal.
- Legal and corporate — to comply with law, enforce agreements, or in connection with a merger or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Retention and security
We keep proposal and contact records for as long as needed to evaluate and administer a potential or active relationship, and afterwards as required for legal, tax and audit purposes (generally up to seven years). Advertising and analytics identifiers are typically retained for up to 24 months. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. California privacy notice (CCPA/CPRA)
This section applies to California residents and serves as our notice at collection. In the preceding 12 months we collected the categories of personal information listed in section 1 (identifiers, commercial information, internet/network activity, geolocation inferred from IP, and inferences), from you directly, from your device, and from advertising partners.
Sale / sharing
We share identifiers, internet activity and inferences with advertising partners such as Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CCPA this may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

- Delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are consent (marketing, non-essential cookies, WhatsApp messaging), contract (evaluating and administering proposals), and legitimate interests (site security and improvement).
