Terms of service

These terms are a binding agreement between you and StoreCare Management LP, 4629 Cass St #321, San Diego, CA 92109 ("Storecare," "we," "us"). By using storecare.com or submitting a property proposal, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. What this site is

The site describes our services for funding, furnishing, marketing and operating short-term rental properties, and lets property owners submit proposals. Nothing on the site is an offer, a commitment to fund, a lease, a listing, or investment, tax or legal advice. Photographs, figures and property examples are illustrative and do not guarantee any outcome or return.

2. Proposals and eligibility

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
• You represent that you own the property you submit, or are authorized by the owner to submit it.
• Information you submit must be accurate and not misleading. We may verify it, request more, decline any proposal for any lawful reason, and are not obligated to respond.
• Any relationship begins only when both parties sign a separate written agreement, which controls over these terms for that engagement.

3. Communications consent

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted about your submission by email, phone, SMS and WhatsApp at the details you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP in the WhatsApp chat or by sending a written request to StoreCare Management LP, 4629 Cass St #321, San Diego, CA 92109. Our handling of your information is described in the privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit unlawful, infringing or deceptive content, to scrape or overload our systems, to attempt unauthorized access, or to submit another person's personal information without their permission.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store and reproduce it internally to evaluate, underwrite and administer a possible engagement, and to comply with law. You confirm you have the rights needed to grant that license.

6. Our content

The site, its text, design, logos and marks are owned by Storecare or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The site links to and uses third-party services, including Meta advertising tools and the WhatsApp Business Platform. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of those services; we are not responsible for them.

8. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storecare and its partners, officers and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Storecare harmless from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court.

12. Changes and contact
